Help Us Expand
Our Impact
A strategic 18–24 month initiative to grow our team for long-term impact
OUR STORY
Anthem Church launched in September 2019—six months before the pandemic. In many ways, we’ve planted twice. After COVID paused our momentum, we emerged with just 15 people. But God has been faithful.
Today, we’ve grown into a vibrant and steady community of about 120 people each Sunday. We’ve baptized new believers, helped skeptics find trust again, and built a Spirit-led culture rooted in depth, joy, and hunger for God.
But we’ve now hit a critical moment. We’ve outgrown the capacity of a single full-time pastor. The need is real. The potential is high. And the tension is real: high need, low resource.
Many churches stall at this point—not for lack of vision, but lack of structure. We don’t want to stall. We want to press through.
THE NEED
-
✽
We’re raising $200,000–$250,000
over the next 18–24 months to fund three strategic leadership roles. -
✽
This will give us the capacity
to strengthen our core, deepen our culture, and reach more people with the gospel. -
✽
We’re not guessing—we’ve proven resilience. We’ve planted, endured, and grown. Now, we’re building the team that can take us forward.
-
✽
WHY NOW?
We’re healthy—but stretched. Energized—but fragile. The door is open, and we’re ready. -
✽
This isn’t about surviving.
It’s about building for the future. -

Your partnership will help us expand our team, sustain our growth, and deepen our long-term presence in this city.
What will your gift fund?
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Overseeing systems, teams, and execution behind the scenes—ensuring we grow in a healthy, sustainable way as we reach more people.
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Managing everything we say and
share—website, emails, calendar, social media. Many people have been baptized through social media connections alone. This role is strategic and missional—it helps us reach seekers and skeptics we’d never meet otherwise.
WORSHIP LEAD
Developing a Spirit-led culture of worship that is unified, team-driven, and compelling—especially to a generation hungry to experience God, not just learn about Him.
